Fiona is Irish and Grant comes from Scotland. Two rich and colorful cultures that know well how to have fun. I helped them to rent their wedding venue that was able to accommodate 120 guests. The both of them belong to a religious family and decided to have a catholic ceremony in one of the most impressive churches in center Italy.
After a meaningful ceremony, rich of anthems and the lighting of the candle rite the ceremony arrived to an end. The guests were accompanied to the venue followed by a bagpipe and letter one the couple made their entrance in a vintage red Italian vespa! And all together had fun until late hours of the night

Grant and I have just had the most incredible and magical wedding weekend at Hotel Bramante Todi organised entirely by Fatima and Federica to complete perfection. From the moment we received Fatima’s kind and touching email over a year ago we knew she was the wedding planner for us. She offered amazing choice in terms of venues and upon our first trip to Umbria she had organised 4 viewings (from a total of 9 to choose from) providing impressive detail on all including pros and cons and guided us around each across two days. We had an easy choice and knew as soon as we stepped into Hotel Bramante that it was the place for us.

Organising a catholic wedding for 100+ people across three days sounds stressful and daunting but with Fatima by our side the whole way it was a joy to do and actually a lot of fun. She was incredibly attentive to all our requests, quick at responding to emails and did multiple Skype calls with us. Nothing ever seemed too difficult to organise and with Fatima’s experience and reassuming words, I always felt like everything was under control and in safe hands.

When the big day came it was truly perfect. She even organised beautiful little details we didn’t even ask for. Her recommendations for make up, hair, photographers etc. were amazing and they all did an incredible job. They even managed to source a last minute request for a red Vespa scooter which topped our entrance and added the real Italian flair we wanted. It would simply have been impossible to do without her and Federica and they treated all our family and friends with such kindness as well. It was their personal touch and engagement with us that enhanced our wedding day as well. They were there through every moment of the day ensuring it ran smoothly with guests commenting how impressed they were at how well the day flowed from ceremony to aperitif to dinner to dancing and drinks.

We feel like we’ve gained new friends in Fatima and Federica through this experience and we’re almost a little sad it’s all over. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough if you’re looking to organise your perfect wedding in Umbria because they will do just that and more and add a lot of humour, fun and happiness to it all.

This adorable couple rented for a week this beautiful private Villa. Alexa and Steve haven’t been to Umbria before and decided to book the venue without personally seen it. This was a bold decision, but they didn’t regret and remained speechless with the overwhelming view of the venue over the Umbrian hills.
Their ceremony was symbolic, and they exchanged their own vows. They had a beautiful reception under a ceiling of fairy lights and the food was all cooked with loved and respecting the Italian tradition. The day end up with an open bar was served together with gelato at the swimming pool.

Fatima was absolutely AMAZING! She make our wedding day better than we could have even imagined. Great communication, creative ideas and extremely friendly from the start. I couldn’t recommend her enough. If you want the perfect day, this lady is what you need! Thanks again for everything!

Alexa & Steve

Conor a marine from US, wished to make the dream of her fiancé true, and he decided to propose on this beautiful abbey that later one will become their wedding scenario. They got married in between the rocks of this old monastery that still has a church and a magnificent view over the Umbrian valley. Many of the guest flew to Rome as the venue is located almost in Lazio, and they took the opportunity to make the most of their experience in Umbria visiting also some cellars where to have wine tasting.
All the flower arrangements and decoration were made with lavish flowers such us peonies and eucalyptus green and there were tones of black candles that together with the pink silk ribbon over the wooden table looked remarkable. The event ends up with a represented top gun scene where the groom and friends dances and sign for the bride. Guest took many pictures at their neon lighting photo booth and enjoyed of premium drinks during the open bar.

Ana & Morten wanted to get married in Italy, but they didn’t know from where to start. They both loved the cuisine, the Italian tradition and lifestyle but were not sure about the fact of getting married abroad due to the difficulties and challenges that getting married in Italy can present. They had their symbolic wedding in this bucolic villa and proceed with a late night reception and party.
Ana’s bouquet all made with peonies and flesh blooming flowers is one of the nicest bouquets I have ever seen and matched perfectly with the whole fairy atmosphere of the event. The fairy lights around the trees and the chandeliers hanging from the trees created a magical atmosphere that we all will remember forever. Their family and friends danced samba rhythm until late night and the day after they all enjoyed of late brunch at the swimming pool followed by sports games.

If you are considering a wedding in Umbria, don’t go any further, Fatima is your wedding planner of choice! We found Fatima on a quick Google search and were amazed by all her excellent reviews. After contacting her via email and a Skype call, we were convinced she would be our wedding planner.

To start with, we sent our wishes for venues and Fatima proposed us a handful of venues that we visited together. She used her time to walk us through all of them, discuss openly and honestly all the pros, cons and possible options for decoration of each location. Fatima is a real talent – where we only saw a big garden with trees, she saw a canvas with limitless possibilities.
Our wedding day was magical! Morten and I chose an amazing villa near Todi and together with the decoration set up by Fatima it became the set of our fairy tale wedding. Every single detail was taken care of with the most attention and love, her keen sense for details is truly amazing. It is also worth noting that Fatima and all her suppliers are preoccupied about keeping a low key during the big day, you hardly noticed them throughout the event, but only see everything coming together and simply working perfectly.

I feel very close to my customers and I won’t hide that I still cry during ceremonies. I had a strong connection with Laura & Adam since the beginning, and we even meet twice in Dubai for drinks before their wedding day. They celebrated a symbolic wedding in a borgo and basically spent a wedding weekend with family and friends coming from all over the world. They were looking for a laid-back wedding, nothing extremely fancy nor luxurious, but with Vibe and that will respect the true Italian tradition.
Their wedding was completely real and since the villa was located in a farm with will animal some hen & chicken attend the event too (you can see them in the pictures). The rest of the event took place at the courtyard of the venue and the garden under a ceiling of festoon lighting. There were lots of greenery leaves and eucalyptus on the dinner table. They had a great fun with the props that Laura brought for pictures and dancing English & Scottish music with a local band from Italy until 4 am.

My husband and I recently got married in Perugia, Umbria and none of it would have been possible if it wasn’t for Fatima. Fatima hasn’t just made our dream of a perfect Italian wedding a reality but she also became a friend.
It was evident from the start of our planning that Fatima had to be our wedding planner. She showed genuine enthusiasm for our day, understood our vision and delivered the most perfect day. She kept me from having many a melt down because she really does care about your wants and needs and is realistic about the vision of the big day. I have said repeatedly to my husband that I wish we could do it all over again, because it was beyond our greatest expectations. Fatima and Federica are an incredible team, who deliver a wedding to remember. Thank you for what I can simply explain as the best day of our lives.

Fatima (and Frederica) did an AMAZING job making our day perfect! Admittedly, it was a little scary planning a wedding by email and skype from across an ocean from another continent but from the moment that we arrived our minds were put at ease when we saw Fatima at the hotel to greet us and finalize the plans for the following day. Her recommendations proved to be brilliant and we were so pleased with each person that she recommended for hair, makeup, photography, video, flowers, food, chef, server, and clergy (and anyone else that I may have forgotten). We would like to thank EVERYONE involved for being so sweet and attentive. Fatima covered every detail. She was present every step of the way once we arrived and spent many hours making sure that everything was perfect and just as I had described. We wouldn’t change a thing and we feel so blessed to have had Fatima and her friends be a part of a day we will always remember.

Laura & Adam

Juanitta & Joe felt in love with this resort located almost in Tuscany. When I first meet them, they were interested in having a civil ceremony in Tuscany with around 80 guests. They felt in love with this resort with 2 swimming pools and a thrilling sunset. The civil ceremony took place in a deconsecrated church and was followed by an aperitif at the piazza of the town.
We rent for them a 500 car, as they wanted to have a pure Italian experience and an ice cream cart that arrived inside an ape (old Italian car). The selected cake was a layered naked cake and as wedding favors they presented to their guest a small olive oil bottle to each couple as gift as souvenir of Italy.

Tali and Toni love Italian culture and have come several times to Italy before. They define themselves as foodie people, and where better to get married than in Italy? They had a blessing ceremony at the green gardens of this state, we all loved the idyllic backdrop. The ceremony didn’t last much, and after it, we all said loud “mazel tov” before the aperitivo time started!
Their friend enjoyed of Bellini & Rossini together with Prosecco before moving into the courtyard of this Tuscan villa. The courtyard was illuminated with rented fairy lights and the table was embellished with candles and flowers. After dinner before the first dance we distributed sparklers that guest illuminated, creating a magic bridge where the couple sealed their love.

For this reason, and due to the love they feel for this fascinating region, decided to get married in Castiglione del lago near the lake. They vow their love in front of their friends and family with a romantic blessing in one of the old piers at the lake and later on went for an excursion to Isola Polvese where they had the aperitivo of their wedding.
We rent a boat big enough to accommodate everyone, and they enjoyed of the view of the islands in the middle of the Trasimeno lake while having an aperol spritz and taking funny pictures. Once in ground, they had a traditional Umbrian dinner with meet and lake fish and enjoy of one of the most beautiful sunsets in Umbria.

We worked with Fatima for two years, she was by our side from the beginning when our wedding was still a fantasy, until the late hours of our actual wedding party, and we are forever grateful for that. She made all our wishes come true, always answered our e-mails and messages quickly and accurate, she was always enthousiastic about our ideas, always willing to keep searching for solutions to every problem, always respectful of our wishes and budget.

Our wedding day ended up being magical and beautiful and this is mainly because of her. Fatima and her team are super professional and reliable so they make sure there’s no stress for the bride and groom. We were so lucky to find Umbria wedding and events, they provide everything you can wish for in a wedding planner.

Fran & Willem

Bonita is a graphic designer and when we meet, she was looking for a perfect venue in Umbria, that could bring to life the wedding of her dreams. They booked this fantastic farmhouse and decided to have a symbolic ceremony outdoor. Both ceremony and reception took place at the venue, the seated dinner was the piazza of the venues and the theme of the event was boho chic.
Bonita wore a very unusual wedding gown made with lace, and the bridesmaids were dressed in blue. She loves peonies, reason why she decided to have a table full of peony arrangements and tea lights, creating a bucolic atmosphere. After the wedding day the private transport was waiting at the venue and some guest took a shuttle van that we booked for them to get back to the hotels where they were staying as the venue could accommodate just 40 guests.

This international couple got married in a beautiful abbey located between Umbria and Tuscany. In this venue it is possible to celebrate ceremonies with legal civil union, so basically they celebrate a civil wedding in Perugia in a deconsecrated church. It was an intimate wedding with 60 guest coming mainly from Scotland, UK & Austria.
The aperitivo took place at the piazza of the borgo and the seated dinner in a beautiful area that was used as Plan B. Luckily, the weather was great, and they had the chance to celebrate the dance outdoor between the walls of this ancient and suggestive abbey. They decided to have a 2 lawyers cake, and they definitely had a blast.
